Things like water, red wine, and pasta sauce are no match for our special organic Tung Oil finish and can be easily cleaned with warm water and soap. Because we put at least four coats of this food safe, penetrating oil on all sides, it is completely water resistant, similar to granite in maintenance, and only needs re-oiling approximately every 5 years depending on use.
