We ordered this part (red glass disc) and it was on back order. Every step of the way you were great at following up and making sure we were aware that the back order may take a while. I'm guessing this is no longer a standard stock item and that you either had it specially imported or even specially made for us. When it finally arrived it was a nice surprise. Now our faucet is back up working perfectly and looking good. We will try not to break this one! I would highly recommend Kraus products for style, value and great service.
